NC State fans ... Rat K ... yes ... the local media hate you ALL.
Up here at UM-Alaska, we don't pay much attention to rankings...especially when we're not even mentioned (deservedly so, I might add). Aside from that, the rankings lost all meaning for us during our NC season in 2002 when we demonstrated, game after game, that we were the best team in America, including the game in February that season when we kicked all of no. 1 Duke's body parts up and down the floor at Cole Field House, and yet were never ranked no. 1 during any week of that season.
With that said, K and his fellow Dukies can go back to worrying about the rankings and hanging banners for same.
