Backcourt and Wings: Tywon’s a blur again. Ellington doesn’t look to be out of his shooting slump yet but a smart game looks to be his fate this evening. Again it would be nice to see a combo of Frasor and Drew as both are smart this evening. Bobby is also physically above average. Will Graves could have one of those a point a minute tilts. Marcus brings his spirit to the fore here. He’s one of the players for whom it is noticeable that he takes at a minimum one good arc and runs with it. Watch for leadership.

Frontcourt: Deon appears to be the star of the desert though don’t overlook the intellects of Hansbrough and Green. They’ll likely do their respective things well but watch for a very primed young man. That’s trouble for the wolf pack. Should the Cope get in the game he’ll take a minimum two shots. Ed Davis is, like the Ogre, quite emotional. He’s got nothing else so take note as to the import of emotion to the young man.

Overall: Only partial ritmos from the Nevadans but it appears that freshman Babbitt will impress and Armon Johnson, hometown Reno product, will also play well. Watch for Shaw of the bench on the wing. Malik Cooke is one of those dangerous locals, i.e., Charlotte, who fled west..he might have a grudge of sorts. Backcourt burns up the pups. Mopping will be done by the big men. Skill positions are smart, Marcus is fired up. The numbers suggest Heels by 19, heart predicts perhaps much more…

Tar Heels by 19.
Thanks Don!
I plan to ring in the new year with a win by the heels!
i'll be at dinner and then a party but will no doubt be tracking on my phone.

GO HEELS!!!
D - V - R unfortunately.

The Heels are playing 2 hrs from my house
It's my birthday
I'm not going to the game

Definite d00mage.
GO HEELS!!!!! Nevada's coach is definitely talking up UNC to an absurd level though ... the Heels best not be overlooking this one, I think.

I, on the other hand, have that game at WFU in a couple of weekends circled ... should be craxy!

Quote:Should the Cope get in the game he’ll take a minimum two shots.

Two minutes...1 for 2 from the field, 2 for 2 from the line.

Quote:Ed Davis is, like the Ogre, quite emotional. He’s got nothing else so take note as to the import of emotion to the young man.

8 rebounds, 8 points in 18 minutes...the E-arc appears important to Ed Davis.

Ellington almost back on track with 5-11 shooting (and one trey that was quite far "in" but backed out)...emotion and intelligence are perhaps key for him?
