I swear I don't think anyone is close in my era (last 30 years).
Please, someone, go look at the three recruiting classes Ohio State is going to string together in a row.
Holy crap.
What is it now and counting - 9 five stars, 4 four stars and they are still leading for two more five stars???? :eek
WOW.
It is impressive but Donovan beat him with one 5 star. Roy seems to be on an every other year cycle. He struck out this year.
Did he even go to bat?
When did Donovan beat this three year stretch?
He did put his eggs in a one big man egg basket, but since that didn't fly, he held the scholly.
Thats what I thought.
You talking about Love.
Yup.
What's with "The message is too short, please enter a longer message."
That's stupid.
Ain't talkin 'bout Love ...
My love is rotten to the core ...
Ain't talkin 'bout Love ...
Just like I told you before ... be-fore ... be-fore
Of course, I should say, had the rules been different Roy would have come close the last four years. Dwight Howard said last night on FSN (BDSS) had the rule been in place he would have gone to UNC. JRSmith would have also been here. Both would have been one and done leaving the same spots open.
I agree, something crazy is going on at Ohio St. they've never had a program to attract this sort of traffic. They must have some awesome recruiting parties or something.
I think its more a result of a run on great home grown talent and with Indiana, Michigan, and many other mid west schools being down, Matta was thrown a relative softball.
BAJ - I remember when some Wake fans were trying to use that spin after whiffing on both Oden and Conley, mentioning potential "violations". I'm not sure if that was sour grapes or based on something, but I think Barton is right - OSU has nice facilities, a very motivated recruiter and coach in Matta, and obviously a strong fan base and school.
