I'm back in my home town in North Dakota for a week of vacation, and found out that Bob Knight is driving a bunch of guys, including Jay Bilas around western North Dakota in one of those giant recreational vehicles, hitting the golf courses.

They golfed at the Heart River GC in my home town yesterday, and are heading for Bismarck tomorrow. Like most who visit western ND, Bilas said he was surprised at how beautiful it is, having expected just flat nothingness.

I think Bilas needs to upgrade the company he keeps.

Good report. I really like Bilas and, in my opinion, think he's one of the best, if not THE best basketball announcer at this time. He knows the game, players, teams, strategies, and is extremely objective. That says a lot about a Dukie. As for Knight, not the best personality, but you can't deny that the guy is a legend in coaching.
