Interesting read. Dumbest suggestions to me was the SF one about pass interference and the TB one on reviewing all penalties except offensive holding. Yeah, let's make the game 7 hours.

McKay's take: "The way it would work is one player would have his helmet wired to allow the defensive staff to communicate with him much like the offensive staff can communicate with the quarterback. The defensive player that will wear the communication device in his helmet will be designated prior to the game.

Clarification of rule: If the designated defensive player for communication is injured, another defensive player then may not be fitted with the same device. It will be given to one player and one player only per game. If that player is hurt the defense will have to go back to signaling in the defensive calls.

I don't think they should allow any player to have a communication device in the helmet. I wouldn't allow the offense to use it.
