If there is going to be a breakthrough year it had better be this year. Seems every school in the ACC is improving in football except Duke. This 1-11 and 0-12 crap is getting way beyond old.

Ted was a good player at GT and seemed to be a promising coaching prospect. He was the defensive coordinator a few years at Tech for O'Leary. I never really liked his bend but not break style of defense. I was never really sure if it was his philosophy or if he was just coaching the style O'Leary wanted.
So far I've been disappointed with his progress at Duke. After his first victory as a head coach, I thought he had a base to build a much better program at Duke.

I wonder if there will ever be a day when we have a semi winning season. You are right BluDvls1 - this is getting really old. I have gone to game after game hoping to see some ray of light, but it never seems to happen. Props to the athletic department for doing alot to bring the people out, but once you get there and the whistle blows, it's a depressing state of affairs.

Heck even Florida couldn't hang on to Spurrier! Oh well, I don't expect much this year but if we don't win at least a couple of games then we need to get a new coach.
